Araghchi: Iran’s Foreign Ministry facilitates cooperation with foreign partners

Pars Today — Iran’s foreign minister said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by supporting the private sector and facilitating economic exchanges, is smoothing the path for cooperation with foreign partners, especially within the region and with neighboring countries.
Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s foreign minister, speaking at a meeting of the Iran Entrepreneurs Forum, emphasized the importance of economic issues in foreign policy and stated: “Efforts to lift sanctions and help improve Iran’s economy are two key missions of the Foreign Ministry. With this perspective, economic diplomacy has now entered an operational phase.”
Referring to the field-oriented approach of the diplomatic apparatus in supporting economic projects, Araghchi added: “Being present alongside projects, resolving banking, transportation, and legal obstacles, and streamlining the path of cooperation with foreign partners are among the main pillars of this approach.” /Mehr
