Iran, Iraq parliament speakers call for broader economic ties

Iran’s Parliament (Majlis) Speaker Ali Larijani held talks with his Iraqi counterpart Mohamed al-Halbousi on developing Tehran-Baghdad economic and parliamentary ties as well as on ways to establish sustainable security in the broader region.

Iraq’s Parliament Speaker Mohamed al-Halbousi is in Tehran to promote cooperation between the two countries in energy, trade and war on terrorism and extremism.
