Intl. community turning blind eye to Iranian scientist's detention in US

Dr. Masoud Soleimani, a top Iranian stem cell scientist is still behind bars in the United States without trial, while the international civil society is not doing anything about it.

According to Press TV, Soleimani is a professor and biomedical researcher at the Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran. He was arrested last October by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) upon his arrival in the US. He had been invited by the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for leading a research program there.
