Tokyo Paralympics: Iran Wheelchair Basketball Team beats Algeria 81-47

Over the Paralympic Games in Tokyo, Iran’s Wheelchair Basketball Team have earned their 1st victory in Group B after defeating Algeria 81 to 47.

According to Tasnim news agency, Iran's National Team, who suffered 2 losses in their first 2 games against Australia and the USA, delivered a good performance as they took a 37 to 18 advantage at the intermission.

Iran remained consistent in the next 2 quarters as they managed to register a 34-point overall victory. Iran will next meet Britain on Sunday.
