Iranians mark National Day of Fight against British Colonialism

Iranians have marked the National Day of Fight against British Colonialism by commemorating the 109th anniversary of the martyrdom of Rais Ali Delvari.

Rais Ali Delvari is revered as a great national hero and independence fighter who led the anti-colonial struggles in southern Iran. However, this year, the occasion is even more special as many Iranians have had the chance to mark this day at the place where he has been laid to rest.
