ParsToday - The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran emphasized that Iran's message to the world is peace and security.

President Masoud Pezeshkian, upon arrival in New York, to attend the 79th General Assembly of the United Nations, in response to the question of what are the most important issues he intends to raise in his meetings and talks with foreign officials, said: "What is clear is the message that Iran has for peace and security in the world, and the realization of the slogan that the United Nations has announced this year, namely peace and a future with development for all people."

According to Pars Today, the President added: "Instead of bloodshed, war, and killing, a world should be created where all humans can live freely, regardless of their color, ethnicity, and region. Unfortunately, the world we live in today is not like this, and with the existing double standards, some are good and some are bad, resulting in problems."

He also noted: "The opportunity we have to live on this planet should be equal for all humans."

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran arrived at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York on Sunday, heading a high-ranking delegation to attend the 79th General Assembly of the United Nations.

Before leaving Tehran, the President had said that he hoped to be the voice of the Iranian people and the voice of justice and righteousness during his trip to New York.
