Churches of Tehran condemn Nasrallah assassination: Uprising against Zionists' occupation never to die out
Pars Today- The Assyrian and Chaldean Churches and the Assyrian Society of Tehran, issuing a statement, condemned the assassination of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of Lebanese Hezbollah, and stressed, "The uprising against the Zionist regime's oppression and occupation will never die out."
The Zionist regime's terrorist act against the Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, has caused a wave of anger among the freedom-seekers across the globe against this fabricated regime. Different religious communities of various countries have also condemned this crime. In Iran, too, the Assyrian and Chaldean Churches of Tehran and the Assyrian Society of the capital issued a statement on the event. According to Pars Today, the statement reads,
"The criminal Zionist regime, after many failures in Gaza and south of Lebanon, has focused its heinous acts towards assassination of the leaders, commanders and dignitaries of the resistance movement, unaware of the fact that the troop of freedom-seeking mujahedin is always able to replace those lofty figures by fresh combatants, and the uprising against the bloodthirsty regime's oppression and occupation will never die out.
The great martyr, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, during more than 30 years of leadership of the Lebanese Hezbollah, left behind an everlasting name of himself in the history of resistance. But, we know that it will cause no frailty in the firm resolve of the Lebanese and Palestinian fervent youths and all freedom-seeking nations."
Alongside the freedom-seeking Lebanese nation, especially the Lebanese Christian community, which has always been supported by Hezbollah and the leadership of Martyr Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, we the Assyrian and Chaldean Churches of Tehran, together with the Assyrian Society of Tehran, condemn this heinous and dastardly move of the fake Israeli regime and extend our congratulations and condolences on the honorable martyrdom of the mujahid Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah and his loyal companions and the oppressed people of Lebanon to the Leader [of the Islamic Revolution], the steadfast people of Lebanon and all brave freedom-seeking people; and appeal to God, the Great, for exalting the degrees of those martyrs and victory of truth over falsehood.
