Iran unveiled its first lawyer robot
Pars Today – Iran unveiled its first lawyer robot, named “Robolegal”, in a ceremony attended by judicial officials and Iranian lawyers. According to its designers, the technology can initially be used to provide legal advice to the public.
Robolegal was developed by Mehdi Esmaeili and Mohammad Vahedi, two innovators in Iran’s technology and innovation sector. The robot was officially introduced on Monday evening at the Parsian Esteghlal Hotel.
According to Pars Today, at the event, Mehdi Esmaeili explained that the system, powered by artificial intelligence, has been trained based on Iranian legal matters, enabling it to accurately respond to legal inquiries.
He explained that the homepage of the Robolegal system has been designed simply so that it can be used by all users, regardless of their legal knowledge, including those with no legal literacy.
Mohammad Vahedi, the other innovator behind Iran’s first lawyer robot, emphasized at the ceremony:
“In the current context, where the development of personal and social relations, as well as advances in experimental sciences, economics, education, and the arts, have driven transformations in legal science, the application of artificial intelligence in the legal field has become even more important.”
He added that this technological robot possesses unprecedented speed and the ability to analyze various documents and judicial records.
