Araghchi: Attack on fuel tanks example of ecocide

Pars Today – Iran's Foreign Minister considered the attacks on fuel storage tanks in Tehran as an example of ecocide.

According to Pars Today; Abbas Araghchi, Iran's Foreign Minister, in a message on social media, condemning the Israeli attacks on fuel storage tanks in Tehran, described this action as a violation of international law and an example of "ecocide."

He said: This action has put the health and well-being of Tehran's residents at long-term risk.

He added: The contamination of soil and groundwater can have generational impacts.

The senior Iranian diplomat said: Israel must be punished for its war crimes.
