Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri martyred

Pars Today - The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced in a statement: The Commander of the IRGC Navy has been martyred due to severe injuries.

According to Pars Today, the statement reads: Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, who was targeted by invading enemies while organizing and strengthening forces and reinforcing the defensive shield of islands and coasts, following heavy blows that led to the destruction of important enemy facilities and infrastructure and the downing of an American fighter jet, got martyred due to severe injuries.

This statement adds: The Iranian nation is accustomed to such martyrdoms and knows that the front that did not stop even with the departure of the most prominent legends of human history and the greatest divine leaders like Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei, but rather continued its path with greater power, will also continue its path forcefully with the martyrdom of the field commanders.

The IRGC emphasized: The force that has a record of breaking the operations of superpowers in escorting oil tankers with the most basic weapons and destroying several American warships during the eight-year Sacred Defense, and our people have the honorable memory of capturing American and British soldiers and capturing enemy vessels from them, each of its combatants is a Tangsiri, and in the coming days and months, we will see what wonders they will bring about.
