Pars Today - The President of Iran, in a message to the American people, questioned the actual benefit of the ongoing war for the American populace and stated that initiating attacks against Iran's vital infrastructure, including energy and industrial facilities, is an action directly targeting the Iranian people.
According to Pars Today, Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, emphasized that the attacks by the US and the Zionist regime on Iran's infrastructure signify the expansion of instability, an increase in human and economic costs, and the creation of a cycle of tension. He stressed that this path is not a sign of strength but rather a manifestation of confusion and the inability to achieve a sustainable solution.
The President of Iran stated that Iran has followed the path of negotiation, reached an agreement, and fulfilled its commitments. He said, "The withdrawal from the agreement and the shift towards confrontation, followed by two attacks during the negotiation period, were destructive decisions made by the United States in execution of the ambitions of foreign aggressors."
Pezeshkian emphasized: "Is it not true that the United States has, as the proxy power for Israel, embarked on this aggression under the instigation of this regime? Or is it not the case that Israel has now decided to fight Iran until the last American soldier and the last cent of American taxpayer money, imposing costs on Iran, the countries of the region, and the United States while remaining in a position of safety? Is it really the case that today, at the top of the priorities of the United States government, it is America first?"
