Pars Today– The President of Iran called Eid al-Adha a magnificent manifestation of devotion, sacrifice, and submission to the Almighty, emphasizing the tangible role of this holiday in strengthening the resilience of the Iranian nation against threats and aggressions.

According to Pars Today, Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, in a message congratulating the occasion of Eid al-Adha, described this great festival as the key to humanity's conscious passage from worldly attachments and acceptance of great trials in order to reach the bright horizons of salvation. He stated: In today's turbulent world, where the fire of oppression, occupation, and the greed of the arrogant powers of the age has been ignited, Eid al-Adha is a clear message of dignity, freedom, and not fearing the pharaohs of the era.

The President of Iran further emphasized that the Islamic nation knows that the opening of the gates of divine victory depends on unity, holding fast to the rope of Allah, and comprehensive resistance against the front of disbelief and injustice. He added: The Islamic Republic of Iran, while extending a hand of brotherhood and dignified interaction towards them, will not entertain the slightest doubt in protecting every inch of this pure land and safeguarding its national authority.

The full text of the President's message is as follows:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

"Neither their meat nor their blood ever reaches God, but it is your piety that reaches Him."

I sincerely congratulate the arrival of Eid al-Adha – the magnificent manifestation of devotion, the radiant dawn of sacrifice, and the highest expression of submission in the presence of the Almighty – to the proud nation of Iran and all members of the great Islamic Ummah.

Eid al-Adha is the key to humanity's conscious passage from worldly attachments and acceptance of great trials in order to reach the bright horizons of salvation. The chief of the prophets and father of monotheism, Abraham (peace be upon him), on this great day, taught humanity that true faith is tested not in words, but in perseverance through the most extreme hardships, steadfastness in upholding the truth, and sacrificing one's dearest attachments at the altar of divine will.

Today, the vital lesson of Eid al-Adha for the great nation of Iran has found a tangible and profound meaning more than ever before. At a juncture in history when our beloved homeland is standing against sanctions, aggressions, and oppressive hardships, the meaning of Eid al-Adha is manifested in the resolute demeanor of the families of martyrs, in the perseverance of brave warriors, and in the unparalleled patience and solidarity of this nation. All of us today are practicing that Abrahamic school of thought, striving with prudent steadfastness, conscious unity, and heroic sacrifice for the survival of our country's independence, dignity, and security.

In today's turbulent world, where the fire of oppression, occupation, and the greed of the arrogant powers of the age has been ignited, Eid al-Adha is a clear message of dignity, freedom, and not fearing the pharaohs of the era. The Islamic nation knows that the opening of the gates of divine victory depends on unity, holding fast to the rope of Allah, and comprehensive resistance against the front of disbelief and injustice. The Islamic Republic of Iran, while extending a hand of brotherhood and dignified interaction towards them, will not entertain the slightest doubt in protecting every inch of this pure land and safeguarding its national authority.

I once again honor this great festival, and I pay tribute to the memory of the epic-makers of the homeland – the high-ranking martyrs of the Imposed War, especially the martyred Imam of the Islamic Revolution, and all the combatants who sacrificed their precious lives for the security and pride of Islamic Iran. I ask from the Almighty and Powerful Lord that, in light of obedience and perseverance, He grants victory, triumph, peace, and ever-growing prosperity to this indefatigable and steadfast nation.
