Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi, spokesperson and deputy for public relations of the IRGC
Pars Today – A spokesperson and deputy for public relations of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that in the event of a return by the enemy to a military arena, the type of operations, the geography of the battlefield, and even the weapons used would be different.
According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi, spokesperson and deputy for public relations of the IRGC, emphasized the full readiness of Iran’s armed forces, stating that their current preparedness is greater than before and is based not only on past capabilities but also on experience gained in direct battlefield confrontation with the enemy.
He added that Iran’s understanding of the enemy, its offensive and defensive equipment, its deceptive tactics, and its methods of operation has become much clearer than in the past.
Mohebbi rejected U.S. claims about weakening Iran’s military capabilities, stating that the country’s combat power has never been reduced. Contrary to such claims, he said, Iran’s navy has not been destroyed and its operational capability has not diminished.
He further noted that the best evidence of this is that the United States, despite deploying extensive ground, sea, and air capabilities, was unable to take control of the Strait of Hormuz from the Islamic Republic of Iran even for a few minutes.
