Pars Today – The TankerTrackers website reported that two supertankers belonging to the Islamic Republic of Iran, carrying a combined total of 3.8 million barrels of crude oil, have passed through the U.S. naval blockade.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, TankerTrackers wrote on the social media platform X that, based on Automatic Identification System (AIS) data cross-checked with satellite imagery on July 15 (June 25 in the Iranian calendar), at least two supertankers operated by the National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC)—named Diona and Hero 2—successfully exited the area covered by the U.S. naval blockade while carrying a combined 3.8 million barrels of crude oil.

On Monday, U.S. President Donald Trump announced the lifting of the naval blockade following Iran's acceptance of the conditions for a ceasefire agreement.
