Pars Today – The Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, in a message to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, wrote that negotiations are a path for securing the nation’s rights, adding that the guarantee for implementing the memorandum of understanding is the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran and that any excessive demands by the enemy will be met with a crushing response.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, the text of the message from Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf to Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei reads as follows:

Greetings, and condolences on the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of Martyrs.

We are grateful for Your Eminence’s wise and guiding message. This message served as a roadmap that made it clearer than ever that with the finalization of this memorandum of understanding, we have only reached the beginning of a difficult and winding path in which we must reclaim the rights of the Iranian nation and the Resistance from an untrustworthy enemy. This message, and Your Eminence’s expectation that the conditions outlined in the memorandum be fulfilled, has strengthened our hand in pursuing U.S. commitments.

We regard Your Eminence’s directives as our guiding principle and will not allow the other side, through bad faith or coercion, to undermine the rights of the Iranian people and the Resistance Front.

Based on the teachings of the Hussaini school and the example of our martyred Imam, I believe that the front of monotheism can never make peace with the front of falsehood, and it is the duty of all of us to stand against it. In this path, we view negotiations as one of the arenas of struggle and steadfastness.

Our guarantee for the implementation of this memorandum is not its clauses, but our own lives, which we hold in our hands, and the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran—a power whose blows and determination the American-Zionist enemy directly experienced during the recent war.

As we demonstrated in previous rounds of negotiations, we remain committed to standing firm in defense of the established conditions and red lines, and to securing the interests of the Iranian nation.

For us, negotiations are a means of struggle to obtain the rights of the Iranian people. If the enemy seeks excessive demands, we have proven that our finger is on the trigger, and we have no hesitation in delivering a crushing response to an enemy that already tasted it in the recent war.

In conclusion, I thank your Eminence for clarifying the path forward in this dangerous and complex negotiation process. I hope this message will unite all segments of society against the enemy in order to achieve the conditions set forth in the memorandum.”
