Pars Today – The spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has written in a post on X that the belligerence of the occupying regime's representative toward the Secretary-General's Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict is the result of that regime's absolute impunity.
According to a Pars Today report quoting IRIB News Agency, Ismail Baqaei, the spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, posted on X along with a clip of the Zionist regime's representative's insulting and aggressive verbal attack on the Secretary-General's Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict. He wrote:
"This shameful display of arrogance and insult against law, justice, and morality is the clear consequence of the absolute immunity granted to a racist and terrorist regime by its supporters and backers—a regime that, by rejecting all norms of civilized society, continues its colonial genocidal campaign not only in occupied Palestine but across the entire region."
Baqaei added: "Has the time not come for the world to stand up against this regime's continuous threat to peace and humanity?"
It is worth noting that on Friday, during a UN meeting on children and armed conflict, the representative of the Zionist regime acted in a threatening manner toward Ms. Vanessa Frazier, the Secretary-General's Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict. Ms. Frazier had presented a documented report on torture and sexual violence against Palestinian children committed by the Zionist regime at the session.
