Pars Today – The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in a meeting with Pakistan's Interior Minister, while appreciating the brotherly, responsible, and committed approach of the Islamabad government in supporting the ceasefire negotiation process and the end of the war by the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran, has emphasized the country's constructive and effective role in backing this path and contributing to the consolidation of the negotiation outcomes.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, met with Syed Mohsin Naqvi, Pakistan's Interior Minister, in Tehran on Saturday. Given Iran's serious determination to expand and deepen relations with Pakistan in all areas of mutual interest, he stressed the need to utilize the vast existing capacities in bilateral relations.

Syed Mohsin Naqvi, Pakistan's Interior Minister, also expressed his pleasure at meeting the President and welcomed the ceasefire agreement and the end of the war by the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran. He expressed gratitude for the guidance and direction of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, and for his strategic and wise role in supporting political processes, helping to end the crisis, and establishing the ceasefire.

Syed Mohsin Naqvi further emphasized the strategic importance of Tehran-Islamabad relations, stating: "The Pakistani government is determined to increase the level of bilateral cooperation in all areas, particularly in the economic and commercial spheres."
