Pars Today – Iran’s foreign minister condemned U.S. President Donald Trump’s threat to seize Iranian assets, warning that such a move would create a dangerous precedent and lead to instability.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Seyed Abbas Araghchi wrote on Friday in a post on the social media platform X: "Seizing another nation's assets to pay for unrelated future claims is an incendiary precedent."

Araghchi added: "Those who celebrate or profit from such funds should remember: once governments normalize confiscation, no one's assets are safe. Ensuing chaos will not be pretty or peaceful."
