Iranian army drones strike U.S. strategic facilities in Kuwait

Pars Today – The Iranian Army announced that it had targeted strategic facilities used by the U.S. military at Ahmad Al Jaber Air Base in Kuwait.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, during the 27th phase of Operation Sa'eqeh (Lightning) and in response to the recent attacks by the U.S. terrorist military against Iran, including an airstrike on residential homes on Qeshm Island in southern Iran, Iranian Army attack drones struck fighter aircraft shelters, satellite communications systems, and equipment storage facilities at Ahmad Al Jaber Air Base early Friday morning.

The report said that Ahmad Al Jaber Air Base plays a major role in U.S. air and surveillance operations and serves as one of the key logistical support hubs for the U.S. military's air operations.

The Iranian Army's Public Relations Office condemned the attack on civilian homes in Qeshm, describing it as a blatant violation of humanitarian principles and another example of the enemy's war crimes. It added that such attacks, sanctions, and threats would only strengthen Iran's unity and determination in its sacred defense.

The statement further stated that the large-scale and sustained strikes carried out by the Iranian Army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) have made it extremely costly and difficult for the enemy to intercept Iranian drones and missiles, despite deploying advanced air defense systems and reinforcing them. It also added that the opposing side has resorted to strict censorship to prevent information about damage, casualties, and injuries from becoming public.
