Pezeshkian holds up images of martyred Leader, Minab children at UN

Pars Today – The Iranian president held up images of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the martyred children of Minab at the United Nations.

According to Pars Today, citing Tasnim News Agency, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian held up an image of Imam Khamenei, the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, during his speech at the United Nations.

At the beginning of his speech, Pezeshkian said that part of his remarks were in response to statements made by US President Donald Trump at the United Nations the previous day. He therefore referred to the assassination of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution and US and Israeli attacks on schools, hospitals, infrastructure and civilian centers in Iran, describing them as a clear indication that the US government and the Israeli regime are terrorists.

During his speech, Pezeshkian also held up images of the martyrs of Minab and Lamerd school attacks, as well as some other Iranian citizens, and told those attending the UN General Assembly hall that these civilians had been martyred in the most horrific manner using American and Israeli weapons and by the criminal armed forces of the two regimes.
