    Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif highlighted the country’s “active diplomacy” and said President Hassan Rouhani had “excellent meetings” with his Tajik and Turkish counterparts as well as the Emir of Qatar and other leaders during visits to Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
