Zionist entity demolishes more Palestinian homes in West bank
Israeli forces have demolished four more Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank, displacing its occupants.
Palestinian media reported that Israeli troops along with bulldozers stormed Beit Kahil town west of al-Khalil and started demolishing the houses on Thursday.
Following the demolishing, clashes erupted between Palestinians and the Israeli troops, who used live and rubber bullets and tear gas canisters to disperse the protestors.
International bodies and rights groups say Israeli demolitions of Palestinian structures in the West Bank and al-Quds are an attempt to uproot Palestinians from their native territory and confiscate more land for the expansion of illegal settlements.
Earlier this month, an Israeli group B'Tselem revealed that in the period between 2006 and October 31 this year, Israel demolished at least 1,489 Palestinian residential units in the West Bank (al-Quds), displacing 6,508 people – including at least 3,264 minors.
