Pars Today's Iran and world news package
Major distortion in Qatari media; Al Jazeera censors Palestinian resistance spokesperson's gratitude toward Iran!
Pars Today – In a strange move, the “Breaking News” section of Al Jazeera in social media censored the praise by “Abu Ubaida,” the spokesperson of the Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, for Iran and Yemen.
The “Breaking News” section of Al Jazeera in social media censored the praise by “Abu Ubaida,” the spokesperson of the Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, for Iran and Yemen. Instead, it merely conveyed written thanks to Qatar and Jordan.
According to Pars Today, on Sunday night, Abu Ubaida expressed gratitude to the Islamic Republic of Iran and Yemen for their support of the resistance and the oppressed Palestinian people.
He stated, "We remind our brothers in Yemen, who are so similar to us in dignity and honor. Their actions have astonished the world and set a unique and historical example.
We salute the Islamic Republic of Iran for its continuous and unwavering support of the Palestinian people and resistance, and for their participation in this historic battle, particularly through the True Promise operations and their comprehensive support for the resistance."
Media reports highlight that the omission of this significant part of Abu Obaida's statement by a media outlet like Al Jazeera is both strange and an example of incomplete reporting.
Al Jazeera, which had gained respect for its extensive coverage of Gaza news, may face serious damage to its credibility among the people of the region due to such censorship and its support for armed terrorist groups like Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in Syria, which act in opposition to the resistance axis and in favor of Zionists.
