Are some Arab regimes seeking to disarm Resistance?
Pars Today- Daily Rai Al-Youm, quoting from special sources, disclosed that some of the Arab countries have pressured the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) to capitulate to the conditions of Zionists for disarmament, but the officials of Hamas have rejected any discussion about disarmament.
Regarding the deceptive proposal of the Zionist regime for ceasefire, which underlines the need to disarm resistance, and the rejection of this condition by the leaders of Hamas and other Palestinian resistance groups, Arab media have just released reports on the pressures against Hamas by some Arab regimes to accept this deceptive demand of the usurper regime. According to Pars Today, Rai Al-Youm revealed that Hamas has been under harsh pressure from some of the Arab regimes for complete disarmament if it wants ceasefire.
Simultaneously, the Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary General, Sheikh Naim Qassem, described the remarks of Israeli officials for disarmament of resistance as an attempt to undermine and occupy Lebanon. Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed on Friday, "Anyone who intends to disarm the resistance, is giving free service to the Israeli enemy and aims at creating sedition between the resistance and the army."
In this regard, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Beirut said that the disarmament project is a conspiracy against the [regional] countries and, considering preservation of deterrence as the frontline of defending sovereignty and independence, emphasized that this deterrence should never be put at risk.
Iran's Envoy to Lebanon, Mojataba Amani, wrote on X social network about the remarks pertaining to disarmament of Hezbollah, "The disarmament project is an obvious conspiracy against countries. While the United States is giving the state-of-the-art arms and missiles to the Zionist regime, it prevents others countries to strengthen and arm their military forces, and with various pretexts, pressures other countries to reduce or destroy their arsenals."
Amani reiterated, "The Islamic Republic of Iran believes that this plot will endanger and threaten the security of the regional nations. We warn others not to fall in the trap of enemies. Keeping deterrence is the frontline of defending sovereignty and independence and shouldn't be put at risk."
Sari Arabi, an Arab analyst, has also announced in this connection that what Zionists demand of disarming the resistance is no more than a new disguise for their criminal aggression against civilians. According to this analyst, Israel has not been committed even to the ceasefire signed in January with the Palestinian resistance and abided by none of its political and humane articles. The mediators have also helped Israel to violate the ceasefire through their silence.
