Hundreds of Zionist settlers storm al-Aqsa Mosque

Pars Today- The Islamic Waqf Department in occupied al-Quds has reported that hundreds of Zionist settlers stormed al-Aqsa Mosque.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, the Islamic Waqf Department in the occupied city of al-Quds announced that more than 220 Zionist settlers stormed al-Aqsa Mosque to celebrate what they called the “Jewish holidays.”

The department added that Israeli occupation forces, while facilitating the entry of Zionist settlers, are preventing Palestinian worshippers from entering al-Aqsa Mosque. The Zionist settlers, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, are performing rituals and so-called “Talmudic” prayers at the holy site.

The department added that Moshe Feiglin, a member of the Knesset (Israeli parliament), was among those who stormed al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday.

The city of al-Quds has witnessed repeated raids by the occupation forces on al-Aqsa Mosque during the current month of September.

According to data from the Governorate of occupied al-Quds, more than 40,000 Zionist settlers have stormed al-Aqsa Mosque from the beginning of the year through the end of August, while around 800 al-Quds residents have been expelled from al-Aqsa Mosque from the beginning of the year through the beginning of this month.

In this regard, Sheikh Ali al-Yousef, a prominent Palestinian religious figure, referring to the escalation of Zionist settlers’ activities against al-Aqsa Mosque, described these actions as an organized crime and a deliberate plan by the occupiers to alter the Islamic identity of al-Aqsa Mosque. He stressed: This aggression and the settlers’ storming of al-Aqsa Mosque is a new link in the long and deliberate chain of Judaizing al-Aqsa Mosque and the entire holy city of al-Quds.
