Pars Today – Following the successful aerial attacks by Yemen’s armed forces on Occupied Territories, a Zionist analyst revealed the complete ineffectiveness of the occupying regime's air defense systems against Sana'a's strikes.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, the newspaper Maariv reported from "Gabi Ashkenazi," a prominent military and security analyst, that one of Yemen’s drones had come within just a few meters of hitting a power station near "Ashkelon," raising serious alarms for Tel Aviv.

Ashkenazi, referring to extensive Yemeni attacks over the past year and a half, stated: "Dozens of missiles and drones have been fired at Israel by Yemen, making it impossible to intercept all of them. It is not feasible to build a wall in Israel's sky to stop these threats."

He described the successes of Yemen's army as "unprecedented" and added: "The Yemenis managed to damage one of the symbols of Israeli sovereignty, and they have also succeeded in achieving their strategic goal of cutting off Israel’s connection with the outside world.

Ashkenazi continued: "For more than 18 months, Yemen’s army has disrupted shipping routes in the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, preventing commercial ships from reaching the port of Eilat and even stopping their movement from the Suez Canal toward Israeli ports in the Mediterranean Sea."

He concluded: "In the past month and a half, the intensity of Yemeni attacks has increased, and we are now facing a form of air blockade. Israel has essentially become an isolated island in the world."

These remarks came after "Yahya Saree," the spokesperson for Yemen's armed forces, announced in a statement on Sunday that, in support of the Palestinian people and condemnation of the Zionist regime’s genocide in Gaza, Yemen’s missile unit targeted Ben Gurion Airport, located in the Yafa (Tel Aviv) region, in a military operation.

He stated that the operation was carried out using a ballistic missile and was successful.

Following the Yemeni missile strike on Ben Gurion Airport, international airlines began canceling or suspending their flights to Tel Aviv one after another—an event indicative of the severe flight safety crisis in the skies over the Occupied Territories.
