Pars Today – The Israeli air bases of Palmachim and Ovda, along with the headquarters of the Shin Bet security agency, were targeted by drone strikes carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army.

According to Pars Today citing IRIB news agency, in recent hours Iran’s Army launched assault drones that struck the control tower, runway, and hangars at the Israeli air bases of Palmachim and Ovda, as well as the Shin Bet Headquarters.

The Palmachim Airbase, located near Tel Aviv, serves as Israel’s satellite launch and missile testing center and hosts missile-defense systems such as David’s Sling and Hermes 900 drones.

The Ovda Airbase is one of Israel’s strategic installations and functions as a training base for its air force. It has reportedly hosted US' F‑22 fighter jets.

The Shin Bet Headquarters acts as the operational heart of Israel’s internal security organization, overseeing security operations, the protection of key figures, and the defense of critical facilities.
