  • Syrian army continues anti-terror raids, kills many militants

Syrian armed forces push ahead with their anti-terror operations across the country, killing large numbers of Takfiri terrorists in the process.

The official SANA news agency said Thursday that Syrian fighter jets carried out air raids on positions of Jaish al-Fatah terrorists in the northern part of Hama Province, leaving many of them dead.

A military source told SANA that scores of vehicles, some equipped with machine guns, were destroyed in the air strikes, which hit the gathering of terrorists in the cities of Mourek and Tibet al-Imam and in the surroundings of al-Buwaida village and Souran town.

Other air attacks were also carried out on militant positions in Hama, including one that killed 10 terrorists from the so-called Jaish al-Nassr and Jund al-Aqsa Takfiri groups in the surroundings of Souran town.

Fighting continued further to Syria’s north, where pro-government forces managed to hit several terrorist hideouts in Kafr Hamra on the northwestern sides of Aleppo City.

Khan Touman in Aleppo’s southwestern countryside also saw anti-militant attacks by the Syrian air forces as a convoy of vehicles belonging to the terrorists was targeted, killing and injuring many.

Air strikes were also reported in the south, where oil tanker trucks operated by the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group were struck in Shaghaf village in the eastern part of Sweida Province.
