Egyptian analysts: Armed groups in Syria will fight each other

Pars Today- Egyptian analysts, pointing to the Syrian developments, made it clear that the armed groups in the country will start fighting each other.

Egyptian analysts have examined the conditions in Syria after the fall of Damascus at the hands of opponents. According to Pars Today, Egyptian analyst, Karem Yahya, referring to the Syrian developments and fall of "Bashar Assad", considered the likelihood of Syria's entering a phase of scuffles among armed groups that have toppled the ruling system in the country.

Zohdi al-Shami, another Egyptian analyst, also, said in this regard, "The Assad system has fallen, but will Syria be able to witness democratic developments while an establishment, like al-Nusra Front, is among the list of terrorists?"

According to his announcement, if the democratic political procedure does not happen in Syria, there is a great fear of the country's entering sectarian and separatist clashes. Once this happens, we will witness a far more dangerous catastrophe than the Libyan developments.

Syrian opposition and terrorists started widespread attacks against different regions of Syria from Idlib region in the north on November 27, 2024, with the support of certain countries which, finally, led to the fall of Damascus on Sunday, December 8.
