Pars Today – CNN analyzed that the approval of the recent ceasefire agreement for the Gaza war by the Zionist regime has exposed deep internal rifts that could threaten both the ceasefire and the political future of Benjamin Netanyahu.

While some ministers in the Zionist regime's cabinet, including Itamar Ben-Gvir, the minister of national security, have strongly opposed the agreement with Hamas, with Ben-Gvir even resigning from the cabinet, Gideon Sa'ar, the regime's foreign minister, has admitted that they have not achieved the war's objectives and were forced into the agreement.

According to Pars Today, CNN analyst Mick Krever writes in his analysis: "Don’t let Israel’s approval of a Gaza ceasefire fool you: deep divisions within Israeli politics threaten the sustainability of this agreement."

The analysis states: Netanyahu has agreed to the ceasefire now, despite claiming last February regarding a similar agreement: We have not committed to any of Hamas's delusional demands. I told Antony Blinken (U.S. Secretary of State) that we are very close to complete victory."

This stance indicates that the Zionist regime has approved the current ceasefire agreement without achieving any of its objectives in the Gaza war.

The CNN analyst explicitly acknowledges this, writing: "The proposed agreement he (Netanyahu) criticized included a multi-phase ceasefire, the phased withdrawal of Israeli soldiers, and the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners. These are exactly the things Netanyahu has now accepted. Although Hamas has been weakened, Israel has not achieved the 'complete victory' Netanyahu promised long ago."

The CNN analyst further wrote: Netanyahu's far-right allies in the cabinet are confused by his sudden retreat from his positions.

Itamar Ben-Gvir, the Zionist regime's minister of national security, announced on Friday in response to the ceasefire agreement: "I will leave the cabinet because the signed agreement is disastrous."

The CNN analyst wrote: Ben-Gvir has stated that if this ceasefire and hostage release agreement is implemented, his party, known as the "Jewish Power" party, will withdraw from the coalition with Netanyahu in the cabinet. His exit alone will not be enough to topple Netanyahu's cabinet.

However, what could bring down the cabinet is if Bezalel Smotrich, the Finance Minister, joins Ben-Gvir in leaving Netanyahu's coalition. Smotrich, who is also an extreme right-wing nationalist, wants to ensure that peace in Gaza is not permanent and that Israel resumes the war after the 42-day ceasefire, which is expected to lead to the release of 33 hostages.
