Speaking on Tuesday at an interactive dialogue session of the Human Rights Council with the Special Rapporteur and the fact-finding mission assigned to Iran, Bahraini sharply criticized countries that have paved the way for scrutiny of Iran’s human rights situation.

 

Organization of Islamic Cooperation: Zionist regime responsible for ongoing crimes against Palestinians
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the resumption of brutal military aggression by the Zionist regime against the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in hundreds of martyrs, wounded, and missing persons. 

The OIC emphasized that this action constitutes a continuation of war crimes and genocide against the Palestinian people by the occupying regime. In a statement issued on Tuesday, the OIC held the Zionist regime, as an occupying regime, accountable for all ongoing crimes against the Palestinian nation.

Putin orders 30-day limited ceasefire with Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin, following consultations with the U.S. president, ordered his military to halt attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure for 30 days. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in remarks on Tuesday, referred to a phone call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, stating that Ukraine welcomes the cessation of attacks on its energy infrastructure.

 

Chinese fighter jets patrol around Taiwan

Amid rising tensions between China and Taiwan, Taiwanese authorities reported sightings of Chinese fighter jets around the island. On Tuesday, Taiwan announced it had identified 59 Chinese warplanes near the island. According to Taiwanese officials, over the past 24 hours, nine Chinese warships and two balloons were also detected around the island.
