China: U.S. seeking to maintain military dominance by sowing division

Pars Today – The spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned a new report by the U.S. Department of War on relations between Beijing and New Delhi, saying Washington is resorting to sowing division in order to preserve its military dominance.

Lin Jian, spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, said the U.S. report distorts China’s defense policy and seeks to create rifts between China and other countries. He emphasized that China views its relations with India from a strategic perspective and is committed to advancing them through dialogue and confidence-building.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson also cited a report by the journal Science highlighting China’s leading role in the global growth of renewable energy, noting that China’s exports of green equipment have helped reduce carbon emissions by 4.1 billion tons./IRNA
