Araghchi: UNSC should not allow the U.S. to exploit

Pars Today – Iran’s Foreign Minister told his Russian counterpart that Security Council members are expected not to allow the U.S. to exploit the situation.

According to Pars Today, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, held a phone conversation with Sergey Lavrov regarding the latest regional developments and the security consequences of the U.S. and Israeli military aggression against Iran.

During the call, Araghchi once again emphasized Iran’s determination to continue defending its national sovereignty and territorial integrity, adding: “The threat to attack Iran’s energy infrastructure is a clear example of a war crime and genocide, and if such a threat is carried out, Iran’s response will be swift and decisive.”
