Article 152 of Iran’s Constitution says that the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on negation of any dominance or acceptance of dominance, preservation of all-out independence and territorial integrity, defence of the rights of all Muslims and no alignment with any hegemonic power.
