Iran surges ahead in space research with launch of new satellite carrier Gha'em 100

Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps Aerospace Force has successfully test-launched the 'Gha'em 100' satellite carrier into suborbital space. 'Gha'em 100' three-stage solid fuel carrier is capable of placing satellites weighing 80 kg into orbit 500 kilometers above the earth's surface.
