Iraqi parliamentary delegation meets with Iran’s vice speaker

Pars Today - The deputy speaker of the Iran’s Parliament (Majlis), in a meeting with visiting Iraqi parliamentary delegation, stressed the need to accelerate the completion of joint projects between the two countries.

The Iraqi parliamentary delegation, which is in Tehran to participate in the 7th Iran Export Capabilities Exhibition (Expo 2025), met and conferred with the Vice Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, Hamidreza Haji Babaei on Wednesday. Referring to the deep relationship and bond between the governments and people of Iran and Iraq, Haji Babaei said in the meeting: "In recent years, the relations between the two countries have expanded, which shows the will of the Iranian and Iraqi authorities to deepen bilateral ties."/IRIB news agency
