Hamas responds to Trump: Gaza is not for sale

Pars Today - In response to statements by US President Donald Trump, in which he expressed Washington’s desire to seize the Gaza Strip and turn it into a “free zone,” a Hamas official said on Friday that Gaza is not for sale.

Bassem Naim, a member of the Hamas’ Political Bureau, said in a statement that Gaza is an integral part of the land of Palestine and not property that can be sold in the free market. He added that the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza is the minimum condition for negotiating with the Israeli regime, which has imposed a severe blockade on the Strip since early March.
