Iran’s FM: Iran’s rights to peaceful nuclear energy are inalienable

Pars Today- In a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart, the Iranian foreign minister emphasized that Iran’s rights to the peaceful use of nuclear energy are non-negotiable and cannot be disregarded.

Seyyed Abbas Araghchi in a phone call with Hakan Fidan provided an update on the indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States, as well as the recent meeting held between Iran and three European nations (England, France, and Germany). Araghchi stressed that should there be a genuine willingness on the part of the other party and respect for Iran’s legitimate rights in accordance with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, Iran stands ready to establish a mutually beneficial interaction in exchange for the termination of sanctions. / IRNA
