Grossi: We support diplomatic efforts on Iran’s nuclear file

Pars Today – The director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) stated on Thursday that both the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States have the political will to reach a nuclear agreement, stressing the importance of backing diplomatic efforts.

Rafael Grossi said, “In my opinion, both parties (Iran and the US) want an agreement. That doesn’t mean it will be easy, but it is a significant advantage that both sides are seeking a deal.”

The IAEA chief emphasized the importance of awaiting the outcome of the negotiations but underscored: “It is crucial that we support both sides.” (IRIB news agency)
