Anti-Zionist protests continue in UK; dozens of demonstrators arrested

Pars Today – British police have reported the arrest of dozens of people during anti-Israeli protests held in London and other cities across the country.

More than 70 people were detained during protests that were sparked by the British government’s designation of “Palestine Action” as a terrorist group.
In London, the Metropolitan Police said 42 people had been arrested as of Saturday afternoon.

Authorities in Greater Manchester confirmed the arrest of 16 individuals, while South Wales Police reported that 13 people were detained in Cardiff.
In London, this marked the second consecutive week of demonstrations in support of the Palestinian activist group.
