Brazilian journalist: Journalists must expose Israel’s crimes

Pars Today – Brazilian journalist Giovanna Vial, stating that the concept of journalistic neutrality has changed, emphasized that journalists must expose the crimes committed by the Israeli regime.

“We are not referees or scorekeepers,” she said, “we are journalists—and it is our duty to uncover the injustices and war crimes being committed by the Zionist regime.”

Vial added that Israel targets innocent civilians because it has no regard whatsoever for the laws of war or any form of human rights. “They strike civilians directly, whether in the West Bank, Gaza, Lebanon—or now even in Iran.”

She further noted that Israel’s primary objective has been to promote the notion that Iran is the greatest threat. “When we look at Western media coverage and how it promotes the Zionist narrative, we realize that journalists like us must push back, because the media is largely dominated by Zionist messaging,” she said.
