Pars Today – The Secretary-General of Lebanon's Hezbollah, in his speech on Tuesday marking the 40th day of the martyrdom of Brigadier General "Mohammad Saeed Izadi", known as "Hajj Ramadan"—a senior commander and head of the Palestine Division in the IRGC Quds Force—responded to those calling on the resistance to surrender by declaring: "Handing over the weapons of the resistance will in no way lead to a halt in the Zionist regime’s aggressions against Lebanon."

Sheikh Naim Qassem, referring to the role and status of martyr Mohammad Saeed Izadi, stated: "Hajj Ramadan was an Iranian Palestinian martyr who spent his entire life serving the Palestinian people and the cause of liberating the noble Al-Quds." The Hezbollah Secretary-General added: "Martyr Hajj Ramadan had a special focus on Palestinian national unity and constantly worked to strengthen it. He believed that the Al-Aqsa Storm was a miracle that no other resistance force has been able to replicate, and that Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Quds honor all who serve them." Sheikh Naim Qassem emphasized the necessity of national cooperation and participation in rebuilding Lebanon and ensuring political stability, stating: "Priorities must be defined within the framework of national unity, and Lebanon must not fall under American or any other country’s trusteeship." Regarding the ceasefire agreement, the Hezbollah Secretary-General remarked: "This indirect agreement is an example of close cooperation between the resistance and the government, which Hezbollah facilitated without delay, completing all necessary steps for its implementation."
