Australia’s hostile actions against Iran

Australian PM Anthony Albanese
Pars Today – On Tuesday, the Prime Minister of Australia announced a series of hostile measures against Iran, accusing the Islamic Republic of orchestrating what he described as “anti-Semitic” attacks in his country.
Anthony Albanese accused Iran of directing at least two anti-Semitic attacks in Australia and announced that Canberra would sever diplomatic ties with Tehran. Without presenting any evidence, the Australian Prime Minister claimed that Australian intelligence services had linked Iran to attacks on a restaurant in Sydney and a synagogue in Melbourne.
Since the start of Israel’s war against the Palestinian resistance group Hamas in 2023, there has reportedly been an increase in anti-Semitic incidents in the two Australian cities. However, the Australian government has acted provocatively without providing supporting documentation, even as Australia has witnessed multiple pro-Palestinian demonstrations in recent months.
