Hebrew media admits: Israeli airline suffers heavy losses due to war with Iran
Pars Today – A Hebrew-language media outlet revealed significant losses suffered by the Israeli airline industry following the war with the Islamic Republic of Iran and attacks on the Occupied Territories.
The Israeli newspaper Maariv reported that El Al Airlines, the largest airline in Israel, has recently faced a sharp decline in flights, rising operational costs, and reduced revenues amid escalating tensions with Iran.
According to Maariv, the recent financial losses for El Al are unprecedented, totaling around $100 million. Economic experts attribute this damage directly to the consequences of the war with Iran and the fragile security situation in the Occupied Territories.
Israel had aimed to destroy Iran’s nuclear program and military capabilities through attacks. However, Iran’s decisive response, including missile strikes on Occupied Territories, has allowed it not only to defend itself but also to emerge as a regional power.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly emphasized that it will deliver a decisive response to any aggression against its territory or national interests. These admissions by Israeli officials and media outlets underscore Iran’s deterrence capability and its ability to defend itself against the aggression of the Israeli regime.
