Pars Today - Five U.S. Democratic Senators have sent an official letter to Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State of the United States, demanding immediate action from Washington to facilitate the widespread entry of humanitarian aid for the children and people of Gaza.
In the letter, signed by Democratic U.S. Senators Mark Kelly (Arizona), Ruben Gallego (Arizona), Peter Welch (Vermont), Tim Kaine (Virginia), and Elissa Slotkin (Michigan), the U.S. government has been urged to use its full diplomatic capacity to facilitate the immediate and widespread entry of infant formula, medicine, and medical equipment into Gaza.
The U.S. Senators also criticized the performance of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which was established with the support of the Zionist regime, and called for a return to an aid distribution mechanism supervised by the United Nations. / IRNA
