Pars Today — Parts of the Gaza Strip are witnessing the gradual withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces and the beginning of the return of displaced Palestinians.

Israeli occupation forces have begun a gradual withdrawal from several neighborhoods in Gaza City, as displaced residents start returning to the al-Nasr, al-Tuffah, and al-Saftawi districts.

According to reports, Israel’s Golani 36th Division has started pulling out of Gaza, while Channel 12 News said the army’s 7th Brigade has also begun its withdrawal. Israeli forces have reportedly started leaving Gaza City and the al-Shati refugee camp, relocating to multiple positions elsewhere.

News sources added that the Israeli military is reducing the number of troops involved in operations in Gaza, pulling out units from the Golani Brigade and other divisions.

Israeli Army Radio has reported that Israeli forces in Gaza will soon complete their withdrawal to the so-called “Yellow Line,” as stipulated in the recent agreement.

Earlier, the Israeli regime violated the ceasefire by targeting eastern areas of Gaza City with helicopter and artillery strikes. In addition, an airstrike hit a residential home in the northern part of the al-Nasr neighborhood in Gaza City.
