Maduro: Venezuela to double defensive readiness against external threats including U.S.

Pars Today – Nicolás Maduro, President of Venezuela, once again emphasized the country’s commitment to countering external threats, including those posed by the United States.

On Wednesday evening, Maduro stated: “We must double our defensive readiness. We seek greater preparedness with full confidence in our ability to defend the destiny of our homeland.”

He added, “Venezuela belongs to Venezuelans, both women and men, and through exercising full sovereignty and defending the right to life, we will continue to achieve victory in peace.” — IRIB News Agency
