Macron: Ceasefire in Gaza fragile

Pars Today – French President Emmanuel Macron warned of the fragile situation in Gaza and emphasized the urgent need to reopen crossings and deliver humanitarian aid.

Speaking at a joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Slovenia, Macron said that despite the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel, the situation in Gaza remains extremely fragile. He stressed the absolute priority of reopening crossings and humanitarian routes to provide food, medicine, and medical care to the people of Gaza. Macron also highlighted the necessity of assisting the wounded and vulnerable families to leave Gaza for treatment in regional hospitals. /IRNA
