Pars Today – Israel’s minister of internal security has proposed a controversial plan to build a special prison for Palestinians, surrounded not by conventional walls but by a crocodile enclosure.

Israel’s Channel 13 reported that the Israeli prison service is reviewing the construction of a high-security prison surrounded by crocodiles. The report added that the initiative was proposed by Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel’s minister of internal security, during a discussion with Kobi Yaakobi, the head of the Israeli police, regarding the current situation.

Channel 13 noted that although the proposal is unusual and mocked by some participants, the police have begun testing the feasibility of constructing such a prison. / IRNA
