Iran's Greco-Roman wrestling team crowned world champions
Pars Today - The Greco-Roman wrestling team of the Islamic Republic of Iran won the world championship with 3 gold and 3 bronze medals.
According to Pars Today, the Greco-Roman wrestling competitions for the World Junior Championships were held in the Jordanian capital Amman from July 20 to 22.
In the team ranking of this competition, the Iranian national team won the championship with 140 points, and the teams of Uzbekistan with 113 and Azerbaijan with 105 points came second and third, respectively.
Iran's national youth Greco-Roman wrestling team had also claimed the world championship title in the previous tournament.
